Below is the process we would go through to create Health and Safety training that meets your company's needs:
A six weeks lead-time is recommended for this process.
For four weeks following the course, Capita will provide a telephone enquiry service so delegates can clarify any further points or queries that arise after the course. This service will be channelled through Pennie James.
The service will be provided within the fee unless further research and study is required from the lecturer to answer the question fully. In this case we may need to charge on an hourly rate basis.
