Construction management is client focused, non-adversarial management of the construction of a building project on behalf of the client. We procure and manage work packages in an open book environment, giving the client access to the actual cost of carrying out the construction work. This can allow work to start on site whilst the design and procurement of later packages is completed therefore optimising the programme.
