Capita Symonds’ Real Estate division and Colliers International have been appointed by AXA Real Estate to sell 1-3 Sussex Place, Hammersmith - a 30,000 sq ft office and adjacent vacant building as well as an income producing advertising hoarding.

The property is adjacent to The Hammersmith Apollo and is let for a further 12 months to Universal Music. Total income from the property and the advertising hoarding is just under £800,000 pa.  The building comprises 30,000 sq ft and offers a number of potential uses including offices, hotel, advertising and leisure.
