Occupancy Rate Hits 100% at Brent Trading Estate

Capita Symonds’ Real Estate division has let 6,000 sq ft at Unit 2, The Brent Trading Estate, Neasden, on behalf of clients of Henderson Global Investors.

Growell, the UK’s largest supplier of hydroponic growing equipment, has taken a ten year lease with breaks at the third and fifth year at a rent of £7.50 psf.  With the proximity to Park Royal and Wembley, the transaction represents a significant success in attracting an A1 covenant to the estate and takes the 55,000 sq ft estate to 100% occupancy.

Capita Symonds has also agreed with the tenant that the initial six months rent free period will be returned to Henderson if the third year break is exercised.
