3) Infrastructure

4) Performance

Our health performance services support NHS organisations in monitoring and improving operational process performance. By measuring performance from organisational to individual system user level, we can identify and prioritise processes that may lead to inefficiency and risk. Once problem processes are identified and quantified, the next step is to define new procedures and train staff in order to raise and maintain performance. Our dashboards allow real-time visibility of performance against processes, helping to improve both efficiency and reporting accuracy.
