Capita Symonds has been providing property consultancy services to Cannons since 1995 and has worked on approximately 25 sites throughout the United Kingdom. The sites have all included the fitting-out of buildings to form health and fitness clubs comprising swimming pools, steam and sauna areas, crèche, health and beauty, bar / club areas, male and female changing areas, gymnasium, spa pools and dance studios.
Services are delivered in a partnering framework which has been developed over a number of years with a key focus on product and continuous improvement. Benefits have included the following:
