Capita Symonds has formed a long term partnering agreement with Debenhams Plc to carry out a programme of new build, and existing store refurbishments / reconfigurations, throughout the UK.
Our appointment incorporates pre-development negotiations, project management and contract administration duties.
Since 1995, 14 stores have been completed, (8 new build and 6 refurbishment) with a combined value of over £200 million. These include the Trafford Centre in Manchester, the Festival Place in Basingstoke, the Thistle Centre, Stirling and Browns in Chester.
Debenhams flagship store at the Bullring in Birmingham has recently been completed, and the Metro Centre Gateshead commenced on site in October 2003.
