First panel: What are the regional cities doing to help investment
The outlook for UK investment appetite is strong, but in a market that has already delivered for investors, where are the next investor ready opportunities and what does the UK need to be doing more of to ensure this investment flow continues?

Second panel: Making it happen
In the second session, speakers will discuss different examples of how new regeneration projects have been structured and delivered, turning great ideas into live investable projects.

Waheed Nazir, Director of Planning and Regeneration Birmingham City Council and either Ballymore or M&G Real Estate

Waheed will set out how the 20 year vision for Birmingham’s City Centre is supporting transformational change and providing the vision, strategy and principles to guide the future development and regeneration of the City Centre.
