Delivering investable cities and places lunch

28th September 2017

How can we drive fresh investment into our cities and our places? Cities and places are having to become more adept at attracting and leveraging private sector investment and expertise in their cities to catalyse and maximise economic growth.

Deborah McLaughlin, Head of Housing Delivery and Strategy, is delivering the keynote speech at our joint round table lunch with the Casey Group “Delivering investable cities and places” on Thursday 28 September from 12noon at The King Street Townhouse, Manchester

The presentation will be followed by a panel session, addressing the following points:

  • What do you think makes cities attractive to investors already, and what more is needed to optimise investment?
  • What are the key priorities such as infrastructure, leadership, new investment vehicles and the available labour pool that will make a difference?
  • What needs to change and how do we make a start on that?
