James Cook, Planning Director, will be presenting at City Property Association (CPA) annual seminar on the 'London Tall Buildings Survey’, New London Architecture (NLA) and research partner GL Hearn's report on the capital’s changing skyline. This event will start at 8am on 2 May at Simmons and Simmons, CityPoint, 1 Ropemaker St, EC2Y.
Now in its fourth year, the London Tall Buildings Survey provides the only comprehensive review of towers over 20 storeys either proposed, in planning or under construction, providing information to help inform the debate about the changing shape of London.
The seminar will discuss the need for better planning tools for developers, local authorities and the public in order to measure the impact of tall buildings across the capital.
Speakers:
Peter Murray, Chairman, NLA
James Cook, Planning Director - Head of Residential Planning, GL Hearn
Lukasz Platkowski, Tall Buildings Practice Area Leader, Principal, Gensler
