Lands Assembly: Bringing land forward and maximising its value

The Lands Assembly Conference will consider practical issues surrounding land assembly: how land can be most effectively brought forward, in particular to meet the UK's housing needs. The programme is aimed at practitioners involved in land assembly, property development and compulsory purchase and will be highly relevant to developers, finance institutions, surveyors and lawyers. It will cover established principles as well as addressing new and emerging issues and current thinking.

Paul Clark, Development Agency Director and Senior Advisor Estates Regeneration for the DCLG, is a confirmed speaker for the Lands Assembly Conference on 22 February. The conference begins at 9:00am in The Strand Palace Hotel, London.

Paul will be taking to the stage just after lunch at 1:30pm; he will be discussing 'Regeneration strategies and the release of public sector assets'
