Find out the latest trends in the capital’s pipeline: where are new tall buildings coming forward, and what impact are they having in delivering future homes and infrastructure for the capital? As the first post-Brexit survey since NLA started tracking tall buildings in London in 2014, what does this year's data tell us about the strength of the London’s development and investment market?
As research partner to the New London Architecture (NLA), a team of tall buildings specialists in Real Estate Advisory’s Development Group, led by James Cook, Planning Director – Head of Residential Planning has been working with the NLA on the study. It will provide an indicator on the strength of London’s development and investment market.
Stewart Murray, Head of Development Group, will be part of the expert panel on Friday 31 March from 8:30am at NLA, The Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London WC1E 7BT. They will debate the challenges and contributions that tall buildings present for a fast growing city and examine how latest innovations in 3D digital modelling could aid the city in managing their impact on local communities as well as across the wider capital.
