As an organisation we hold responsibility for fire safety in many areas:

  • We are Managing Agent for national investment portfolios, with thousands of buildings, including mixed use, shopping centres and residential;
  • We have in-house Building Control Officers – providing Regulatory Services through our Local Authorities strategic partnerships
  • We own and operate The Fire Service College - the centre of international excellence for fire and emergency preparedness training.
