Capita at AUDE 2014

16th June 2014

Capita was a gold sponsor of the recent AUDE 2014 (Association of University Directors of Estates) conference.

At this year’s conference, our artists captured delegates’ discussions and thoughts on the big issues and challenges facing university estates teams.

Our presentation explores their comments and feedback.

Topics include how innovation in teaching is changing the nature of the university estate; students’ expectations and if they are now ‘consumers’; and what role BIM and soft landings should be playing.

Capita has worked with over 50 universities in the UK, working in partnership to make a difference to both their operations and to support their project delivery. Current projects include a new £65m faculty rationalisation development at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) and the University of Chester’s new Faculty of Engineering.

See some of the issues and challenges university estates teams told us they are facing at the recent AUDE conference. We took our artists along to record their comments…
