Capita has appointed Brent Evans as a director in its corporate real estate team.
Brent, who has 21 years experience in real estate, retail and technology, joins Capita from CBRE where he was client solutions director.
His role at Capita will have a particular focus on working
across the wider Capita plc to position real estate strategy as
part of a broader business transformation solution.
Alan Dornford, managing director – real estate, Capita, said: “Corporate real estate is a huge growth area for Capita and Brent Evans will be a valuable asset to our team. We’re uniquely positioned in the UK market being part of a company which touches on so many aspects of business transformation. Brent has extensive industry knowledge and experience across a range of industries and geographical territories. This puts him in a good position to draw out ideas, solutions and add-on services from across Capita’s many businesses to create compelling service packages for occupier clients.”
Brent has been with CBRE since 2010, working with corporate
occupiers across EMEA and CBRE’s agency and consultancy teams to
deliver business focused real estate service solutions that added
measurable value to his clients. Prior to this, he worked for
Cushman and Wakefield’s corporate team in London where he joined
from their occupier agency in Rome. Before his move to Europe,
Brent worked in the retail and technology sectors in New Zealand
for ten years.
