Chris Wrigley Appointed to ICE's RSES

Capita’s Chris Wrigley has been elected as a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers’ (ICE) Register of Security Engineers & Specialists (RSES).

Chris is the first Capita employee to be admitted to the register which was established to promote excellence in security engineering by providing a benchmark of professional quality against which its members have been independently assessed. Application is open to all security specialists and those involved in the field of security engineering.

ICE defines security engineering as “The protection of the health of the population, the built environment and infrastructure against terrorism, sabotage and crime by the application of engineering and scientific principles.”

RSES is sponsored by the Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI), and is administered and operated by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
