Finding Solutions to Key Issues in Housing conference, 02 October 2014

25th September 2014

Capita will be hosting its free to attend ‘Finding Solutions to Key Issues in Housing’ conference on Thursday 02 October at MediaCityUK in Salford.

From housing supply, the benefits and drawbacks of the planning system and market renting, to the latest innovations in the relationship between housing providers and their consultancy supply chain, our panel of experts will discuss some of the most significant challenges and developments facing the social housing sector today. We will also be discussing the latest development in off-site fabricated houses to establish their long-term credentials or whether they will remain merely niche products.

The social housing sector is experiencing a period of unprecedented change and there is a need for leaders to find solutions to significant and challenging issues. This conference, organised by Capita's property and infrastructure business and Hill Dickinson, explores a range of current issues and seeks to introduce some forward thinking and practical solutions to respond to those challenges. Hill Dickinson will also be providing a valuable update on the latest procurement issues concerning the housing sector.
