Acting on behalf of Exton Estates and Aberdeen Asset Management, ESA – part of Capita – is designing the project which comprises the complete ‘back to frame’ transformation and extension of the dated, 1980s, Four Roundwood Avenue building into a new landmark 140,00sqft, Grade A, headquarters building.

Construction is due to start on site in January 2015.
