Surrender of 10 Dean Farrar Street

Cordea Savills, on behalf of the Charities Property Fund, has taken a surrender of 13,855 sq ft over ground, first and second floors at 10 Dean Farrar Street, SW1 from the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), and agreed terms with Huntsworth Health for a new ten year lease with a break in the fifth year.

The global communications firm will move staff in to the newly refurbished ground, first and second floors by June.
