Anthology has selected Capita Property and Infrastructure to provide consultancy services on its Deptford Foundry project, a 287 unit scheme in Lewisham. The new contract will see Capita provide cost consultancy and employers’ agent services to the developer over the next three years.
The scheme in Arklow Road is due for a planning decision in January 2016 and if approved, construction will commence in spring 2016 on this mixed-use scheme, which will provide 287 homes specifically intended for sale to Londoners. Anthology is one of London’s newest development companies, and is backed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (Oaktree). The Deptford Foundry scheme is their first major development project.
