The housing team in Capita’s property and infrastructure business has announced details of the second free seminar for its latest research programme ‘The Art of Real Governance’.
Building on the success of its ongoing participative research project – Nudge – the programme is examining and defining the essential ingredients that make up effective governance in social housing, with particular reference to the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) new regulatory framework which was launched on 1st April.
Capita is working with social housing sector governance specialists Janet Hale and Phil Morgan on the project.
The seminar takes place at lunchtime on Wednesday 1st July at the offices of Mosscare Housing Group, 101 Great Western Street, Moss Side, Manchester, M14 4AA.
The final results of the research programme are expected to be published early in 2016
