Capita’s property and infrastructure business has appointed Paul Anderson as head of property and facilities management for real estate. He will support Capita’s senior real estate team in building its presence in the UK and internationally.
Paul has 25 years of international real estate and executive management experience, specialising in the development and delivery of value-enhancing asset management strategies for commercial investment property. He has worked with some of Europe’s leading real estate fund management and investor companies, including Resolution Property, Caerus Investment Management, APN Funds Management, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield in the UK and overseas.
