Flipping the Ratio celebrates the growing visibility of women in business, politics, and all aspects of public, civic and urban life. The event will look at what makes a good city; who will take the lead in 21st century city making; what this means for women in the traditional built environment professions and beyond; and where are all the women and how can they become more visible and lead?
