Capita instructed to sell Charles II Street

A&A UKI Three Limited has instructed Capita’s real estate business to sell the Grade II listed 10 Charles II Street, London, SW1.
 
The property, which is multi-let to seven tenants and provides a net income of £380,762, is on the market at offers in excess of £9.45m.
 
The building was refurbished in 2007 and provides retail space on part lower and ground floors, currently occupied as an exclusive salon. The office element has separate secure access, with the accommodation split between lower ground, ground and five upper floors.
