Capita has been nominated in the ‘Sustainability Achievement’ category at the annual Property Week awards
The company has been nominated for its work with Inteb Sustainability in creating an Energy Manager Programme (EMP) for AXA Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) that is delivering lower energy consumption and CO2 emissions associated with plant and equipment.
This year also marks the 20th anniversary of the Property Awards. To celebrate, the magazine is launching a one-off award for the most innovative scheme of the past two decades.
Capita has worked on some of the schemes in various guises, including Liverpool One, Spinningfields in Manchester, and the BBC’s MediaCity UK.
The deadline for voting is 16th March while the winners of the Property Week awards will be announced on 21st April.
