Some of the company’s key project managements projects include Warner Music Group's new 69,000 sq ft headquarters in London; the University of Bristol's Life Science building; the Fire Service College; and the Sky Academy Careers Lab.
The newly refurbished Victoria Bridge, a Grade II* listed suspension bridge which spans the River Avon in Bath, has also been shortlisted for ‘Project of the Year (below £10m)’. Capita provided project management, cost management and CDM co-ordinator services on the £3.5m scheme which comprised securing and reconstructing the historic structure.
