Capita will be sponsoring the Network Zone at the Private Rented Sector (PRS) Forum which takes place at the Bishopsgate Conference Centre in London on Tuesday 27th January.
Organised by Movers & Shakers and London First, and supported by the Mayor of London, the event will bring together private and public sector leaders and key stakeholders in the emerging PRS market to explore how to develop ‘build to rent’ in the UK.
Capita’s James McStay will also be speaking in the ‘How to create PRS solutions’ seminar at the event (2pm). Chaired by Ben Derbyshire, managing partner, HTA, the session will also feature Richard Meier, Argent LLP; Reza Merchant, The Collective; Russell Pedley, Asseal Architecture; and Tony Ryan, Mar City.
