Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure works with private and public sector organisations to design, build and optimise their real estate and infrastructure assets.
From inception to delivery, we apply our combined property and infrastructure expertise to achieve more from the entire built environment.
Capita will be an associate conference partner at the PRS (Private Rented Sector) Forum Scotland which takes place at the Roxburghe Hotel in Edinburgh on Thursday 8th October.
Organised by Movers & Shakers - in association with Grosvenor - and supported by Homes for Scotland and The Scottish Property Federation, the conference follows on from the first PRS Forum which took place in London earlier this year.
The event will explore ‘Build to Rent’ in Scotland; where the PRS fits into Scottish housing supply; and what the prospects and challenges are for developing rented accommodation.
Capita’s James McStay will also be speaking at the event in the ‘Design and Innovation’ session at 14:45 where he will be addressing the PRS design challenge by discussing how the sector can “create the right product” by learning from topics such as purpose-built student accommodation and smart technology.
The session, which will be chaired by Chief Executive of the Scottish Association of Landlords, John Blackwood, will also feature the following speakers: Sandy Morrison, HTA; Hazel Sharp, ALLSOP / Chair SPF Residential Investment Committee; and Bob Crompton from Knightsbridge Capital.
