Richard Wynne (pictured), director of property and regeneration at Urban Vision – Capita’s joint venture with Salford City Council – has been elected President of the Association of Chief Estates Surveyors and Property Managers in the Public Sector (ACES) at its recent AGM.
As president for 2014/15, Richard will lead on ACES responses to central government consultation documents affecting property. He will also be working for improved arrangements between ACES, the Department of Community & Local Government and the RICS, as well as promoting the property profession within local government and the public sector.
ACES represents the professional heads of property and asset management services in local authorities in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, as well as senior professionals in other public sector organisations or providing services to public sector clients.
