Capita’s property and infrastructure business has appointed Tom Bridgman as a divisional director within its real estate division.
Tom will be advising pension fund managers, property companies and developers in London and the south east on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property. He will focus on industrial and office property.
Tom joins Capita’s property and infrastructure business from Gerald Eve, where he was an associate in the national investment department.
On taking up his new role, Tom commented: “I’m obviously thrilled to be joining Capita. Its real estate investment and agency team has been going from strength to strength over the last 18 months, and I am looking forward to helping them build that momentum.”
James Beresford, head of markets at Capita property and infrastructure, said: “I am delighted that Tom has joined our real estate investment team; he has an excellent reputation in the market. His experience and expertise will add real value for our business and clients.”
Tom’s appointment is effective immediately and he will be based in London.
