Capita’s real estate business has appointed Kevin Murrell as director and head of dilapidations of its real estate building consultancy.
Kevin will help lead and develop the team’s existing expertise as the business looks to grow throughout 2017.
Kevin joins from Altus (Edwin Hill) where he led the national dilapidations team. He brings over 13 years of specialist dilapidations experience, having strategically advised a range of corporate and private tenants as well as institutional and private landlords in the commercial sector on up to multi-million pound claims.
Kevin has extensive experience in settling claims as well as proactive advice on liabilities, lease expiries or breaks. He has also acted as an expert witness in dilapidations.
