Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure are holding our "Creating Tomorrow’s Public Estate" half day conference at The Institute of Civil Engineers in London on 23 May. It will look to explore how UK economic growth can be driven through innovation and investment into public sector real estate and new infrastructure projects to further release value.
The conference will debate the need for further reform and a fresh approach to partnering for the delivery of key projects that will unlock value and provide new opportunities across key UK locations. The host of expert speakers will also discuss the impact of the BREXIT vote on forcing cities to become more adept at attracting private sector investment and expertise to maximize economic growth within their regions.
The half day event is aimed at Local Authorities, Central Government Departments, Investors, Housing Associations and Developers to hear expert thoughts on the momentum and shift from Central Government to regional devolution.
