Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure are delighted to be sponsoring the breakfast fringe event, “Winning cities, winning regions” at the Local Government Authority Conference (LGA) on Wednesday 5 July 2017.
The conference is the biggest event in the local government calendar attracting over 1,300 delegates, 130 speakers and 120 exhibitors. This year is the 20th anniversary of the LGA which will be marked by celebrating the work of local government and debating the opportunities ahead.
Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure’s breakfast event will discuss the drivers that attract cities and places to private investors and developers considering the main findings of the Centre for Cities report that is currently in production.
Andrew Carter, Chief Executive of Centre for Cities will address the main areas of the report which include, economic fundamentals of the city, practicalities and city governance. Capita’s expert panel, which will discuss these themes further, include Capita’s Executive Director, Richard McCarthy, Denise Park, Deputy Chief Executive, Blackburn and Darwen and more.
