Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure and GL Hearn are pleased to announce a half day conference at The Institute of Civil Engineers, London from 8:30am on 26 June. We will explore how to drive economic growth, create jobs and deliver prosperity for the public sector across the UK. We will consider how existing assets can be re-purposed and re-defined to create and release value for landlords, providing much needed revenue streams, capital receipts and above all else, better places to live, work and play.
We will share best practice and new approaches that adopt new strategies to combine economic development with spatial development, infrastructure development, improved sustainability and other services to increase prosperity and inclusion for our local communities. The conference will be moderated by Greg Clark CBE, Chairman, The Business of Cities and Richard McCarthy CBE, Strategic Director Capita Plc.
The half day conference has been designed for Local Authorities, Central Government Departments, Investors, Housing Associations and Developers to attend and registration is free.
