Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure announces enhancements to its Infrastructure Projects business creating four leading sector teams: Highways, Rail, Utilities and Environment.
Two new heads have been appointed to lead the highways and rail sectors. Peter McDermott joins the business as National Highways Director and Bob Halsey as National Rail Director. Two internal appointments have been made, with Paul King as National Environment Director and Michael Anderson as National Utilities Director. This new leadership team has been assembled to help accelerate major UK infrastructure developments. Political support for investment in infrastructure is at its highest level for more than a generation and this new leadership team will bring together the knowledge and extensive expertise of delivering major infrastructure projects with our real estate advisory services of place making, planning and development led by GL Hearn.
