GL Hearn bolsters its Infrastructure Planning team with the appointment of Andrew Walters who will take on leadership of the team.
Andrew has over 20 years’ experience working on an extensive range of project and policy work and is a highly experienced Chartered Town Planner and Environmental Lawyer. He joins GL Hearn from RPS Group where he was responsible for the co-ordination and management of teams across multiple UK offices in the delivery of a large range of development planning, infrastructure and environmental projects.
Andrew will be based in Manchester with responsibility for developing and growing GL Hearn’s infrastructure planning team, substantially and driving technical excellence for the team.
On his appointment, Andrew said “I am delighted to be joining GL Hearn and I am really looking forward to using my experience of large infrastructure projects to work with the already well-established team to develop a strategy that can raise the team’s profile and continue to support the growth of the wider business.”
