GL Hearn strengthens Occupier Advisory capability

GL Hearn is strengthening its occupier advisory capability with two new strategic appointments in its Manchester and London based teams.

David Felman has been appointed as Corporate Director and Head of Occupier Advisory for London and the South East. David joins from DeVono Cresa and has over 10 years’ experience in occupier representation in London and the South East and has advised on a number of high profile transactions ranging from fast growing technology companies to established major corporates.

Jane Ashworth has been appointed as Senior Surveyor within the occupier advisory team in Manchester. Jane will be undertaking office acquisition and freehold disposals in the NW region for GL Hearn occupier clients in the financial services, utilities and technology sectors.
