Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure appoints new National Environment Sector Director

Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure welcomes Angela Mulgrew as the new National Environment Sector Director. With an extensive career spanning over 25 years in industry and environmental consultancy, she has worked across transport, water, rail, aviation and regeneration sectors both in the UK and overseas. Her experience includes leading prestigious projects such as the EIA for the M25 DBFO widening schemes, development of 5000 new homes in Northstowe and a seven-year programme to permit the first freight and passenger railway in the UAE.

She is an experienced leader of multi-disciplinary environmental teams, driving technical excellence, promoting collaboration for successful client and business outcomes and nurturing an inclusive and transparent team culture. She will aim to continue the successful growth of our Environment Sector through steering a sustainable and agile business where our people are motivated to innovate, partner and be effective.

On her appointment, Angela said, “I am looking forward to meeting our Environmental teams across the country, working closely with the Infrastructure Board, and ensuring we develop best in class environmental outcomes with our extensive range of clients”.
