Andrew is the Business Director of Capita’s Environment Sector, Flood and Coastal Risk Management team. He is responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of Flood Risk management schemes for a range of private and pubic sector clients.
He is responsible for a team of eighty professionals nationally and the provision of multi-disciplinary professional services. This includes project management, engineering, design, hydraulic modelling and technical appraisal for flood risk mitigation schemes.
With a background in project management, he has been responsible for the successful delivery of a construction projects ranging from £5m-£600m for both private and public sector clients; including schools & academic facilities, commercial premise, private residential and infrastructure projects.
He is the Framework Manager for Environment Agency professional services framework and sits on the senior leadership board for the River Thames Scheme, leading on the delivery of the Environment Agencies flagship scheme; an investment of £600m over the next ten years to reduce flood risk in the lower Thames area.
