Jack joined Capita as a Principal Flood Risk Consultant in 2017 following a successful career delivering a range of Flood Risk and Planning related projects including FRAs, SFRAs, Sequential Tests, Exception Tests, flood mapping, developing SPDs and other policy documents. He is a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager, a Chartered Environmentalist, Chartered Scientist and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
As an experienced Project Manager and Project Director, has has worked for both public and private sector clients.
Much of Jack’s work focuses on planning related projects, representing the Local Authority and Environment Agency in evidence base development and independent review of applications. He also works on behalf of developers in submitting applications and developing Flood Risk Assessments. His work has included fluvial, tidal, breach, reservoir, surface water and foul drainage assessments for a range of development scales and use types.
Jack is a committee member for both the Metropolitan London and South-Eastern Branches of the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management as well as a three times past Branch Chair.
