John is a leading hydrologist and modeller of flood risk and scour assessment in Capita’s Water and Environment team. He has experience and interests in flood risk, hydrology, hydraulics, modelling and geomorphology.
Dr John Dudley is an Associate Flood Risk Consultant in Capita’s Water and Environment team. John joined Capita’s Water team in 2010, following on from previous flood risk consultancy, and research of river flow hydraulics and processes. He has experience on major and complex flood risk management projects and scour assessment projects, working with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Part of John’s role is technical lead for the Hydrology and Modelling discipline across our national team. This team of experienced flood risk specialists provide flood risk services, detailed technical assessments and support planning submissions.
John is a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager, and Chartered Scientist, and is an active mentor supporting and guiding new candidates who wish to become Chartered with the Chartered Institute of Water & Environment Management.
