Linda is a Business Director who leads a team of project managers, engineers, and cost consultants who work in the Buildings sector.
Linda graduated in Quantity Surveying from the University of Ulster in 1995 and obtained her Chartered status in 1997. She developed an interest in project management and decided to pursue this career path, joining REI in 1997 as a Project Manager. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in planning, managing, procuring, and administering contracts for public and private sector clients using various forms of contract including NEC3 and JCT.
Notable clients include Driver and Vehicle Agency, Queens University Belfast, Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, and Belfast City Council. She is currently managing the delivery of a new vehicle and driver test centre network across Northern Ireland for the Driver and Vehicle Agency, with a capital works value in excess of £100m.
Key achievements include being the Project Manager of three projects which have won RICS NI Project of the Year: Brownlow Community Hub (2012), Girdwood Community Hub (2017) and Tropical Ravine Belfast (2018).
