Moheeb takes overall commercial management responsibility for all Project Management, Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services delivered by our teams within the region.
He has over 18 years experience in delivering a vast number of projects, which includes residential, leisure, health, education and commercial. Moheeb specialises in providing Employer’s Agent / Cost Management services on construction projects including strategic cost advice, feasibility studies, cost planning, advice on procurement methods, financial control procedures and cost management.
Moheeb’s experience covers various sectors, with the majority concentrated on delivering residential schemes, such as Extra Care and Dementia Care, where he has an excellent track record in achieving the project success criteria and completing developments, on budget and within the programme in order to meet the client’s needs and requirements. This is demonstrated by the volume of repeat business, framework agreements and satisfied clients. He has developed an excellent relationship with a number of Capita’s key residential clients including Wrekin Housing Trust, Walsall Housing Group, Midland Heart, Accord and Orbit Homes.
