Sam has over 14 years’ experience within the Water industry, both successfully managing and delivering various infrastructure and Flood Coastal Risk Management (FCRM) schemes. He is experienced in commercial, contractual, and programme management, and has worked both within client teams and as a contractor/consultant. He works closely and collaboratively to resolve stakeholder and project challenges to deliver positive results.
Sam has worked on Lincolnshire Asset refurbishment programme delivering over 30 schemes per year. This is alongside leading on Werrington Brook to deliver an award-winning WFD scheme that uses natural processes to improve an urban watercourse. He was Package Manager on the Environment Agency’s Project Delivery Unit 5 framework.
The water utility projects he has worked on include large scale advanced digestion sites, a new 60km pipeline, and overseeing planning process for one of the largest pre-cast storage reservoirs in Europe.
