This project, delivered with a multi-discipline team of Design and Workplace Strategy, Contract Administration and Engineering Design, involved central plant renewal as well as the substantial refurbishment of the reception area and common parts.
The new layout relocates the building’s existing security suite, allowing a significant area to be added to the ground floor lettable space. Additional features were added to the reception area, including a full height glass feature screen, fumed oak lift wall cladding and a new reclaimed timber and solid surface reception desk.
