The refurbishment of this Grade II listed property extended to structural alterations, an internal refurbishment, exterior repairs and landscaping.
Responding to the client brief, Capita’s Building Consultancy and Design team were responsible for developing the internal reconfiguration scheme, including the removal and opening up of several internal walls to make best use of the available space. Along with this was the interior design scheme, which covered a full specification for the kitchen, bathrooms & living spaces across the property's three floors.
The scheme has since been adopted by the client as a blueprint for refurbishments across the wider listed estate.
