We are delivering construction, cost and project management services in support of specialist build to rent developer, Essential Living, to help them achieve their business strategy of 5,000 private rental stock units over the next decade across London and the South East.

Working with Capita has enabled us to bring in the expertise and experience we needed to support our wider strategy to deliver 5,000 units of private rented housing over the next 10 years. Capita has been instrumental in this process, ensuring that projects are well managed and any issues are addressed and rectified efficiently.”
