GL Hearn secured full planning permission for the redevelopment of Taberner House and The Queen’s Gardens, on behalf of CCURV - a Joint Venture between Croydon Council and John Laing.
The proposals comprise the redevelopment of the old Croydon Council offices to deliver a 420-unit residential-led mixed-use scheme, including a 32-storey tower identified specifically for build to rent dwelling.
GL Hearn led the planning application process on behalf of the client, including planning, environmental impact assessments, affordable housing and viability advice.
