This 435-bed student accommodation block sits on a 0.32 hectare site at the edge of the regeneration area around the new Wembley stadium.
The building has three wings around a central tower which steps and spirals up to 19 storeys with the modular building reaching 16 storeys. Capita were responsible for ensuring that requirements of the GLA and the local authority were met in the planning application.
Using SAP, a residential assessment method, 15% carbon reduction was identified through the use of renewable technologies.
