Our PRINCE2 stage-based approach to project and cost management aligns with the Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3). This provides us with a data-based and action-orientated approach which we manage current performance to allow us to periodically assess our maturity level.

We have experience working with many forms of contract including JCT and NEC3 Options A, B, C and E, as well as an unrivalled BMS (Business Management System) which ensures consistency and compliance.
